9/16/2007 - Kite Operations is hitting the road! They are playing in Chicago on September 22 at the Functional Displacement festival. Then they will be performing in Seoul, Korea from October 3 - 7! Go to their Shows page for more info.
7/10/2007 - Next Thursday, July 19, Jack Tung and Neutral Angels (Joe from Kite Operations' solo project) are performing at Hope Lounge in Williamsburg, Brooklyn (10 Hope St. between Havenmeyer and Roebling). Admission is FREE and the music starts at 9pm!

3/11/2007 - The release party for Kite Operations' new album Heart Attacks, Back to Back... is set for Friday, April 13 at Cake Shop (152 Ludlow, NYC)! There will be performances from Jack Tung, Volts, Autoharp, the Pacemaker, and Kite Operations.

Alan Douches at West West Side Music masterfully mastered the mixes, and Susan at Blackhaed.com saved the day with her genius art. Check back soon. The band will start previewing tracks from the album on its Myspace in a little bit...

6/1/2006 - Director Stephen Kang of New Zealand has created a music video for Kite Operations' song "Effervescence"! The video was assembled out of scenes from his feature-length film "Dream, Preserved" coming out later this year. 4/6/2006 - Kite Operations' LAST show until 2007 is on Friday April 14 at Sin-é in NYC with AM Syndicate from Austin, TX and New York's La Laque! After that, they'll be working on wrapping up their second full-length.
